Vector Solutions is changing direction, unifying all our brands under the Vector Solutions name. This change is guided by our goal: to help organizations and individuals prepare for the changes ahead brought about by new technologies, complex compliance regulations, and more challenging workplaces and environments. 

With this change comes additional resources and innovative new solutions to help our customers achieve the operational readiness that’s critical to success. And while all of our brands’ names are becoming Vector Solutions, what won’t change is our industry focus and our unwavering commitment to serving you. Our customers will still receive the same great products and solutions; subject matter focus and expertise; world-class, high-touch service; and, the resources and technology know-how of Vector.


5 Things You Can Expect

1. New Brand Name.
The brands you know will become Vector Solutions. Communication around our brands and products, new releases, help items, contracts, billing and more will begin to come from Vector Solutions. Our team member email addresses and signatures already feature and new brand logos featuring the Vector Solutions name.

2. Same Great Products.
We have already begun transitioning four products to Vector Solutions-branded products: Vector Scheduling (CrewSense), Vector Check It (Halligan), Vector Evaluations+ and Vector Professional Development Tracking (TeachPoint), and Vector EHS Management (IndustrySafe). You will continue to have access to the same great solutions and exciting new functionality releases, and can expect the same great service level with no changes to your contract terms.

3. Easy Access.
Your current process for logging in to your product will not change. You will continue to login as you always have. If and when that changes, we’ll keep you informed and provide plenty of notice and training. Rest assured, you will still be logging in to the same great resources. If you use the mobile app, you will continue to login to the same great app.

4. Timeline Insight.
When will these changes occur? Our goal is to make this change by Spring 2021, but we will keep our clients informed at every stage in the process.

5. Extended Capabilities.
